Mortgageline Corp. is a Registered Mortgage Brokerage Firm in the City of Calgary in the Province of Alberta. It follows the guidelines of the Real Estate Council of Alberta and is therefore registered with them. The owner is Dennis Becker who has 30 years related experience. Our offices employ eight professionals with related experience. We Broker, obtain Mortgages for people purchasing properties, refinancing properties, purchasing commercial properties, refinancing commercial properties, taking equity from properties, etc. We are approved by and deal with all the major banks, trust companies and other lending institutions. We offer competitive industry rates where applicable to all of our clients and derive our income from referral fees from these institutions.

Another and equally important aspect of our firm is the lending of private funds. This generally is done in the form of secondary financing for clients at a higher interest rate (i.e., 14% to 16%) when an equity position is available. Our offices provide full service to the private lender portfolio which means we handle the transaction from the beginning (lawyers) to ensure closing, funding of the file, collection if required an payouts (discharges), etc. We administer at any one time, 10-Million Dollars in private lender funds and deal with a numerous private lender base.
